Tim Boyd Dip Eng. MBT. JD.Executive Director (Melbourne, Australia) Tim Boyd is a successful entrepreneur with a proven track-record of investing in and leading the development, licensing, management and governance of Biotechnology programs and companies. Prior to co-founding Fusion Life Sciences in 2007, he spent 5 years in senior management roles as CEO of Marinova Limited and the General Manager Business Development of the GlycoSyn division of Industrial Research Limited, two commercially successful biotechnology enterprises. Today Tim holds a portfolio of executive and non-executive directorships in the life sciences industry. Tim obtained an Advanced Diploma of Engineering from the Canberra Institute of Technology a Masters Degree in Business and Technology from the University of New South Wales and a Juris Doctor (Law) from The University of Melbourne. Tim was previously founder and Chairman of the AusBiotech state Board in Tasmania during 2003 to 2005. Tim commenced his career in Life Sciences with senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Medibank Private, Australia’s largest private health insurance fund. |
